The Curiosity Club
By downloading or using The Curiosity Club (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides free content and tools (facts, quizzes, utilities) and an optional one-time in-app purchase called Curiosity Premium. Premium may unlock additional content packs, tools, and a live club counter with a personal member number.
The App is a social experiment / entertainment experience. It is not gambling, does not award cash or prizes, and does not use loot boxes or random paid rewards.
Curiosity Premium is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store / purchase sheet. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
You can restore a previous purchase using Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Facts and quiz content are for entertainment and general curiosity; they may contain errors or become outdated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
